We were asked to help Frost & Sullivan completely redesign their main business website, as the central focus of a strategy to realign themselves as a 'growth consulting' organisation. The website is a critical component: it is the sole channel to market for many of the services provided.
Our work addressed a wide range of issues, from high-level brand positioning through to the detailed design of a completely new frost.com, and has encompassed a wide range of supporting materials from printed training directories to email newsletters.
The new frost.com is a radical overhaul of its predecessor, but maintains its existing technology base and integrates the existing content base of almost one million research papers. Our new design has completely changed the customer experience, and has introduced new functionality that enhances how the site delivers content to each customer.
Blending highly personalised topic-based home pages for each customer with the ability to buy documents in a granular way as individual chapters, the new site has radically enhanced the company's ability to generate revenue from its customers. The new design also focuses on communication: helping Frost & Sullivan communicate the advantages of their services more effectively.
We delivered detailed guidlines and production materials to Frost & Sullivan's technical partner for integration with the bespoke back-end system.
