What do we offer?

Our advanced service uses the same basic framework as our free basic service, but we assess each area in more depth.

To achieve this, we undertake three key additional activities to provide a more in-depth analysis:

• Customer scenarios: we develop a series of typical customer scenarios with you to simulate more accurately the particular strengths and weaknesses of your site design. These can be as simple as 'subscribe to our newsletter', or as complex as configuring and completing a custom product order. Typically, we will evaluate 6-10 scenarios.
• Competitor rating: we run the agreed scenarios on three key competitor/peer websites and rate your performance against them.
• Assessment panel: We have recruited a range of individuals from a variety of backgrounds who undertake on-line assessments for us. We select a group of six that best match your target customer base and ask them to evaluate your site using a set of standard criteria, plus the customer scenarios.

If required, we can perform this evaluation on a series of sites if you have more than one active site, and can combine the results together into one final report.

What do we deliver?

We present back a comprehensive printed report using our 3-step format:

• Issue: what the problem is.
• Effect: how it will affect you or your customers.
• Recommendation: what you can do about it.

In addition, we will present a summary of the results to you and will provide the presentation and report on CD in a variety of formats.

• What are the advantages of this over the basic service?
  Put simply, you get a broader, deeper evaluation. Scenarios help to add more real-world criteria into the equation, and the use of an additional team of typical users helps to identify issues that an expert assessment can miss. • Is this a confidential service?
  Completely. We never discuss your site with anyone else without your permission, and we never disclose the name of any of our SiteReview clients, whether free or not.
• Can you just send me the results?
  Yes - if you prefer, we can send the results to you. However, we are always happy to present the results and explain our methodology and key results in detail.
• How long and how much?
  Advanced evaluations usually require two full weeks, if we can agree the scenarios with you quickly. Provided we follow our standard criteria, we can provide this service for a fixed fee of between £3,500 and £5,500.
