Who are we?

We established Wilson Fletcher to create a new type of interactive consultancy, focused entirely on front-end, 'customer-side' design.

Today's site owners are best served by independent specialists in front-end design, with back-end technology and hosting managed by separate partners or (as we are increasingly finding) internal teams. This model ensures that clients get the best possible service in all areas: architects have rarely made good builders, and vice versa.

We offer a high-value service to clients big and small, across all sectors.

Mark Wilson and Stephanie Fletcher formed Wilson Fletcher in 2002. Both were formerly senior members of BamberForsyth:Fitch (Mark a board director, Stephanie the senior interactive designer). BamberForsyth:Fitch (now Fitch:London) was one of the UK's leading brand communications consultancies: a 75-strong multi-disciplinary practice.

Our heritage is excellent, but we became well aware of the weaknesses inherent in big agencies. Today, we're a smaller, more focused consultancy and our service is second-to-none.

We're passionate about our work and we have strong views on what constitutes good interactive design. Our clients come to us for simple, elegant design solutions that really work.

The best design solutions come from a balance of brand and customer requirements.
